Before I get started I must apologize, sincerely this time too. I know there are some of you out there who didn’t join me in my adventures on this blog only to be neglected and ignored in the very end. I had good intentions of delivering a final story or two, but too often we think intentions are good enough when they are not. I’m guilty of that.

Here are a bunch of photos from a recent trip to Laos, as well as some other random ones that have been sitting on my memory card for quite some time. Firstly, Happy New Year! I also hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. It was certainly a strange experience being here for the holidays. And although they were enjoyable, it also just made me miss home a lot. [..]

So traveling had, for the most part, been confined to the limits of Bangkok, primarily bars, bowling, the movies, and the sketchy water/amusement park- of which I am now a year-time member for a cool $30USD. The day pass was about $17, so why not pay the extra bit and come back at least once. [..]
Well that’s a complete lie and fabrication, but Boba Fett was the only thing I could think of that rhymed with Kho Samet. Also I think if he had the choice, he would’ve totally liked to have come from there. What’s that you say? Oh right, Kho Samet is the magnificent gem of a little island about three hours south of Bangkok. [..]
